I have faciltated the development of more than 70 teams over the past two decades aross multiple industries from the NHS to Barclays.

In 2010, my own empirical research on team working and team coaching was published, which led to collaborating with the Global Team Coaching Institute on their accredited team coaching programme and to contributing to the Handbook of Team Coaching.

The journey of a team coaching programme:
