Quick wins for team leaders:

๐Ÿ”„ย Seek input from all members: use facilitation techniques like round robin, set time limits for each speaker, encourage quieter members to share their ideas

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธย Offer feedback individually and collectively. Work on resolving issues collaboratively.
