About
Life is full of turning points. Some chosen, others thrust upon us. One of my most profound pivots came as a teenager. One day, I was in a sun soaked South American village, surrounded by family and wide open spaces. The next, I was on a plane to England, sent to live with an aunt I had never met.
That moment shaped me. It taught me that even in uncertainty, we have the power to adapt, rise, and thrive. That change, no matter how daunting, can be an opportunity to grow into the and person and the leader we are meant to be.
Throughout my career, I have navigated major transitions: shifting industries, balancing work and family, overcoming serious health challenges and facing redundancy. Each experience deepened my resilience, shaped my leadership and strengthened my belief that clarity, confidence and being bold are the foundation of impactful leadership.
From leading leadership development at Barclays to coaching senior executives at PwC, I have spent 25+ years helping leaders and organisations thrive in complexity. My approach blends strategy with deep personal insight, because leadership isn’t just about what you do, but who you become.
What I bring to your leadership journey
I know the weight of leadership, the pressure to perform, the self doubt that creeps in and the struggle to balance ambition with wellbeing. I also know what it takes to step forward with clarity, make bold decisions and create lasting impact.
Here’s what sets my coaching apart:
- Real world experience: 25+ years of leading transformation, designing leadership strategies and coaching senior leaders across organisations such as Barclays, PwC, NHS and Santander.
- Proven impact: 5000+ coaching hours, 500+ senior leaders coached, 70+ teams developed, and thousands of leaders supported in career progression.
- Deep expertise: Master’s Degree in Coaching & Mentoring Practice, Postgraduate qualifications in Leadership, Change, and Adult Development (EMCC accredited).
- A holistic approach: Integrating adult development, psychology and somatic practices, I create reflective spaces that help leaders connect with their authentic selves, shift limiting mindsets and take bold, strategic action.

Beyond the professional
A self confessed foodie, I love nothing better than sitting around a table sharing good food with family and friends. I’m a pretty decent cook and enjoy hosting large get togethers.
I spend a lot of time outdoors on the moors where I live and for the past 20 years, this has been my running track. This came to end 2 years ago due to an injury, so it’s a steady walking pace with my springer spaniel, Maisy.
Am a book worm who grew up reading Enid Blyton books. It was either that or listening to the world service (we didn’t have a TV). I read at least one book a month – usually crime thrillers and anything to do with leadership and personal mastery.

I love travelling to far flung places and experiencing different cultures. My preference is for places where there are more wildlife than people and have been fortunate to explore South America, Africa and Canada.
I relish a challenge and am always looking to broaden my horizons, whether it’s mastering pottery, crafting a three-legged stool or completing a 100km overnight walk. I find that it helps me to be agile, adaptable, enriches my capabilities and keeps me stimuated.
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about evolving, making intentional choices and leading with confidence.
Whether you are navigating a career transition, stepping into a bigger leadership role or striving to build a more resilient, high-performing team, I am here to help you move forward with clarity and impact.
