๐ฑDistracted behaviour: checking phones, nodding without contributing, reluctance to share ideas
๐ฅ Conversation dominated by two people, one of whom consistently interrupted
๐ก๏ธย Defensive body language and one direct confrontation
๐คทย Vague discussion with no concrete outcomes or accountability
Quick wins for team leaders:
๐ย Seek input from all members: use facilitation techniques like round robin, set time limits for each speaker, encourage quieter members to share their ideas
๐ฃ๏ธย Offer feedback individually and collectively. Work on resolving issues collaboratively.
๐Have a clear agenda, define objectives, summarise key points and action items, assign responsibilities and set deadlines to foster accountability

Done well it can be uncomfortable and stretching, requiring commitment, time and effort. However the benefits are significant :
